Requirements to Marry In Las Vegas Marriage License Bureau is located Downtown at 201 Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89155 Marriage License Bureau hours :  Daily (7 days per week) 8:00 AM to Midnight +  No Blood Tests, No Waiting Period.     Marriage License Fees: $60 - Cash only. +  Both parties must appear at the Marriage License Bureau, located at 201 Clark  Street. +  You will need:  a photo ID, proof of age, and must know your Social Security Number +  Hours:  8 am to Midnight, 365 Days a year. +  Adults 18 years of age and older need no consent. Proof of age may be required (certified copy of birth certificate in English) +  Persons 16 and 17 may marry if:          +  1. Consent is given by either parent present at the time the license is applied for; or,          +  2. Consent is given through a notarized affidavit signed by either parent when not present. This notarized affidavit of consent must contain the birth date of the minor, the relationship of the party giving consent and must be written in English. +  Marriage Under Age 16: A person less than 16 years of age may marry only if he or she has the consent of a parent or legal guardian and authorization from a Nevada District Court.          +  The court may authorize the marriage of persons less than 16 years of age in extraordinary circumstances if the court finds that:          +  a. The marriage will serve the best interest of such person.          +  b. Such person has the consent required. +  Witnesses: At least one additional witness other than the person performing the ceremony must be present. +  Marriage Records: You can now look up a marriage on-line. The Clark County Recorder has recently put the marriage index on the internet (http://www.co.clark.nv.us).          +  If you prefer the old fashioned way, write to the Clark County Recorder, PO Box 551601, Las Vegas, NV, 89155-1601 to request copies of marriages performed in Clark County.          +  Information Needed: name of groom, maiden name of bride, date of the marriage, certificate number (if known), and a return address where the certificate should be mailed.          +  The fee for a certified marriage certificate is $10.00 per copy. If the year of the marriage is not known, there is a $5.00 search fee for up to a five (5) year search; thereafter it costs $1.00 per year for searching the marriage index.
