You should receive an email within 2 business days which is your Confirmation. In the event you do not receive it email us at confirmation@lasvegasweddings.com giving us the first and last names of the bride and groom and your wedding date.
In the event you don't have an email address or a fax number, your Confirmation will be mailed within 2 business days. Please contact us at 1-800-322-8697 or 1-702-737-6800 if you do not receive your Confirmation.

Now that you have Booked or Reserved your Wedding, click on the link below to print the Instructions and Marriage License Applications [you will need Two (2) Applications - One (1) Application for the Bride and one (1) Application for the Groom]. Bring both completed Applications with you to the Marriage Bureau when you go to get your Marriage License. It will save you time!

Marriage License Applications can now be completed and submitted to the Marriage License Bureau online. To complete your Marriage License Application online CLICK HERE.
Once on the Ai Vitals Public Inquiry page Click on the Marriage Application tab. After submitting the Marriage Application online you will be given a confirmation number. You MUST bring this confirmation with you to the Marriage License Bureau. This will allow you to use a special line and will save you a significant amount of time.

GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS: | |
| To Secure date and time, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. To Reserve date and time, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. Deposits are due within 10 days of booking or the date and time will be released. The Balance is due 40 days before the wedding or the date and time will be released. Upon receipt of the Balance the date and time are Secured. There is a $25 charge for returned checks. There is a $25 service charge for changes made after original order or reservation is placed. Flower needs must be finalized at least 7 days before your wedding date. Any changes or additional orders placed after that may result in a replacement or arrangement from stock on hand. Changes could result in an additional cost to you. The time booked for your wedding is secured for you (subject to circumstances beyond our control or human fallibility). We schedule your wedding in good faith and ask that all participants and guests be on time. If you are not ready to be married at the time reserved for you, your wedding may be rescheduled. Special requests are NOT guaranteed! There will be a Service Charge at some chapels when you bring your own video or camera equipment. Credit Card Payment is accepted only on the Condition that the purchaser agrees to pay the charged amount. | |
WEDDING RESCHEDULING POLICY:
If a wedding date must be rescheduled it must be done 72 hours or more before the original wedding date. In this event the amount Paid in Full or Non-Refundable Deposit* less $25 re-booking fee may be transferred to the new date, if the new date is within one (1) year of the original wedding date. | |
WEDDING CANCELLATION POLICY: | |
We CANNOT be responsible for any cancellation at the chapel due to causes beyond our control. Weddings must be canceled 72 hours or more before the wedding date. If wedding is canceled 72 hours or more before the wedding date the amount Paid in Full or Non-Refundable Deposit* may transferred to another date that is within one year of the original wedding date less $25 re-booking fee. (See Wedding Rescheduling Policy, above). If wedding must be completely canceled and was Paid in Full, a Refund may be provided less Non-Refundable Deposit* if the wedding was canceled 72 hours or more before the wedding date. If a wedding must be completely canceled and was Reserved with a Non-Refundable Deposit* no refund of any money is due. If Ala Carte wedding is canceled 72 hours or more before the wedding date a refund may be provided less 30% of the wedding cost or $75, whichever is greater. No refund of Any Money if wedding is canceled less than 72 hours before wedding date. All refunds are processed 30 days after cancellation.
*Non-Refundable Deposit varies with the wedding and is listed below each individual wedding. For Ala Carte Weddings the Non-Refundable Deposit is 30% of the cost of the wedding. | |
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: | |
| There is a Non-Refundable Deposit that is part of each wedding. Whether you Book your wedding (payment in full) or Reserve your wedding with a Non-Refundable Deposit and have to cancel your wedding, the amount of the Non-Refundable Deposit is Non-Refundable. The amount of the Non-Refundable Deposit varies with each wedding and is indicated below each wedding. The Non-Refundable Deposit for an Ala Carte wedding is 30% of the wedding cost or a minimum of $75, whichever is greater. | |
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS AND ARE DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RESERVING. | |

| Las Vegas Weddings.com, in making arrangements for the transportation, chapel, and other services referred to herein, and other services as may be needed to meet the clients' request(s), arranges for such services through independent contractors. As such, the clients must understand that Las Vegas Weddings.com cannot assume or be responsible for any of the actions of these independent contractors or their agents or employees in the performance of services contracted for in the conduct of the wedding. We believe that those with whom we contract will be responsible and provide high quality service in connection with this event, but can assume no legal responsibility for their actions by virtue of the nature of the relationship of independent contractor and contractor. | |
| Moreover, said independent contractors normally require payment in advance for their services, and Las Vegas Weddings.com can make no refund to the clients for any arrangements made between it and these independent contractors. | |
