Terms and Conditions

Full Payment is required to secure date and time of ceremony. To "Reserve" a date and time, a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required. Deposits sent by US Mail are due within 10 days from the date of the booking or the date and time will be released. The Balance for a reserved date and time will be due 40 days before the wedding date or the reserved date and time will be released. Upon receipt of the balance, the date and time are secured. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. There is a $25.00 service charge for changes made after the original order or reservation is placed. Flower needs must be finalized with us at least 7 days before your wedding date. Any changes or additional orders placed after 7 days may result in substitution or an arrangement from stock on hand. Changes within the 7 days could result in an additional cost to you. The time booked for your wedding is secured for you (subject to circumstances beyond our control or human fallibility). We schedule your wedding in good faith and ask that all participants and guests arrive on time. If you are not ready to be married at the time reserved for you, your wedding may be rescheduled. Special requests are NOT guaranteed! There will be a Service Charge at some chapels when you bring your own video or camera equipment. Credit Card Payment is accepted only on the condition that the purchaser agrees to pay the charged amount.


If wedding date must be rescheduled it must be done 72 hours (or more) before the original wedding date in order for a refund, less your non refundable deposit to be issued. The amount "Paid in Full" or "Non Refundable Deposit* (less $25.00 rebooking fee) will be transferred to the new date, if the new date is within one (1) year of the original wedding date.

We CANNOT be responsible for any cancellation at the chapel. If an A la Carte wedding is canceled 72 hours or more before the wedding a refund will be provided, less 30% or the wedding price or $100.00, whichever is greater. We cannot refund any money IF THE WEDDING IS CANCELED LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE.

We require a Non refundable deposit for each booking or reservation. Whether you book your wedding (payment in full) or reserve your wedding with a deposit, if you cancel your wedding, regardless of the reason, the deposit becomes non refundable. Suite Packages & Honeymoon Room Packages require a non refundable deposit of one-half the package price.

Las Vegas Weddings and Rooms, in making arrangements for the transportation, chapel, and other services referred to herein, as may be needed to meet the client's request, arranges for such services through independent contractors. As such, the client must understand that Las Vegas Weddings and Rooms cannot assume or be responsible for any of the actions of these independent contractors, their agents or employees in the performance of services contracted for in the conduct of the wedding. We believe that those with whom we contract will be responsible and provide high quality service in connection with this event, but can assume no legal responsibility for their actions by virtue of the nature of the relationship of independent contractor & contractor. Moreover, said independent contractors normally require payment in advance for their services and Las Vegas Weddings and Rooms can make no refund to the client for any arrangements made between them and these independent
contractors. All other service providers work at other locations. You have been or will be furnished with all phone numbers necessary to contact the service providers upon arrival.

We operate from our individual homes and therefore do not have an office address.

Any and all personal information (including, but not limited to, name, address, home phone number, work phone number, Fax number, cell phone number, credit/debit card number, expiration date, etc.) furnished to Las Vegas Wedding and Rooms is used by Las Vegas Weddings and Rooms to book or reserve your wedding or to contract with the vendors/suppliers to book or reserve your wedding. Appropriate portions of your personal information may be furnished to our vendors/suppliers, as may be necessary, to facilitate their performance in conjunction with your wedding. None of your personal information is exchanged, traded, sold or in any way distributed or shared with other parties, organizations, companies, etc. except as stated above. The information you supply us stays with us and is only used to accomplish your wedding.
